Accounts Opening & Auto Trader Activation Page

Step 1: Standard & Mini Account Opening Documents.

The broker account opening documents are attached to the links below. We provide two methods for opening an account: (1) through a written application or (2) through an online application. If you use the online application, print the completed application at the end of the process and keep a copy for yourself.

Both applications provide options for a mini or a standard account, and whether the account type is individual, corporate or a joint account. Please check the corresponding boxes within the application that indicate your preferences.

Please ensure that you return your application with two pieces of identification. The two pieces of identification can include (1) a government issue drivers license or passport which includes a photo, and 2) proof of address, printed on a utility statement or bank statement that supports the address used in your application.

A live account application must be completed and returned to FXCM.

Step 2: Auto Trader Authorization Documents.

You cannot use the Auto Trader in a real mini or real standard account unless one of the following documents below has been completed and signed by the trader/subscriber, and received, approved and signed by ICONFX.

Step 3: Send the completed application to FXCM and the LOD to Intercontinental Foreign Exchange (ICONFX).

All steps can be completed simultaneously.

Once all documentation is completed and received by FXCM, the customer service department will complete the account opening process.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for complete account activation. If you completed the paperwork for an Auto Trader account please contact customerservice@itsignal.com once you have received confirmation that your broker account has been opened. Once confirmation is received, ICONFX will then complete the Auto Trader platform activation process.

FXCM will contact you directly via email with instructions for funding your new account.

After the funding process is complete, FXCM will send email confirmation including your new account information.
